In order to become a member of Charter House Clubhouse, an individual must be 18 years of age and diagnosed with a mental illness. Once a member you have life long membership so if you leave for days, months, or years you can always come back to participate with Charter House or even check out other Michigan Clubhouses. If you are connected with Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton, & Ingham Counties and have a case manager they can send a referral to us.
